The price listed for vacation condo rentals are approximations in USD. The minimum required booking stay will vary during high season and low season.
High Season: From November to April.
Low Season: From May to October.
Once your requested booking dates for this condominium are approved, we will send you a rental agreement with price and payment specifications for your deposit. You can choose to pay with direct deposit, with our secure online payment portal or other methods provided. When your payment clears, your condo in the Grand Venetian is officially reserved for you!
Note: Your bank may have additional transaction fees.
We require a 60-day notice to cancel a monthly rental. For weekly rentals, we require a 30-day notice to cancel your booking. Your down payment is non-refundable.
